Just visited this location because my car was making a loud humming noise. When I walked in, a women "helped" me. (Dark skin, average height, braids) The reason I am giving this place one star is because of the horrible customer service. I didn't know the name of the part I needed but I knew where it was at under my hood. She acted like she didn't really care to assist me. Then after showing her the noise she kind of just said okay and walked away. When I met her back in the store she was busy laughing and playing around with co workers. I guess she assumed because I was young and didn't know the name of the part that I wasn't going to spend money. Either that or she was intimated by a pretty girl. However I ended up going to Auto Zone to get the parts. Nevertheless, I will not be spending my money at this location. The mangers need to properly train their workers to ensure customer service. I never even leave reviews but after my experience today I felt I needed to warn anyone else.

Went in to see if they could tell me why my check engine light was on...i was next in line so he said as soon as the next worker come back I will help you with that. ..so I let the next person behind me go and when the next worker csme back he just brush me to the side as if i was invisible forgetting that I was next and carried on with the persons and person after that...horrible customer service but that wasn't the first unsatisfied customer service I had with them I'm really done now no more trys with them!!!

Horrible. Employees worried about themselves and small effort went into satisfying customers. I went in for 3 things looking to spend about $300. They had none of what I was looking for and their prices were non-comparable. Pep boys and oreilley had a great selection at a great price.
